Mortgage lenders and CallCredit?

Morning,
I am after some advice here as I am in the process of trying to buy a new house and have had an issue with incorrect information on my CallCredit report.
I've just had an DIP turned down by Santander (though my IFA) and discovered that there is a linked address on CallCredit that has nothing to do with me that is showing a CCJ and default on a credit card. The address is the other side of the country so know that it's not me.
Both my Experian and Equifax reports are completely clean and show a good history.
I have raised a dispute with CC however the house I am trying to buy is a new build and there is a queue of people after it. It is being held for me until the weekend but I need a DIP to proceed with the developers.
Does anyone know of a lender that 100% does not check with CallCredit as Santander appear to. I've had a search of this site and the web in general but most information seems to be outdated.
I believe I should be relatively low risk - £155k deposit on a £300k house and a good income.
Thanks in Advanced
Chris

I know this is an old thread but just a quick update, I had a similar issue with Call Credit and a mortgage application . I called 0113 2424747 and they transferred me directly to the consumer team, the lady on the phone was very helpful (I know with call centres it can be luck of the draw) she advised that she could see it was outdated and so no dispute with the lender was needed. I was told that she would work the case immediately and update when she had. I received an email within the hour to say it had been removed, it would take up to 7 days to update on my credit report but would be immediately removed for any live reports that lenders used.0
