Valuation today by Halifax-nervous!

Today the flat I want to buy is being valued for lender plus homebuyer report from me, I feel nervous as not sure how it'll pan out plus no idea where vendor is in having found a place as nit heard anything from their agents. Just over 10wks offer was accepted, decided to give it couple of months before mortgage application to give them head start. Fingers crossed everything goes ok! How soon do you think I'll hear from surveyor as to my report and lender as to official mortgage offer.

Yes. I'm more nervous about the valuation being done than anything else. We had a survey and valuation done yesterday and they said the survey will be available tonight online. Not sure about the valuation though. It's nail biting stuff. Really hoping the valuation is close to what we have offered. We are with Halifax too.True MSE'r -Money Spending Expert
