Leeds existing customer deals

I currently have a mortgage with the Leeds, which has my mother as guarantor.
The mortgage was taken in 2011, with a 2 year tracker, reverting to Leeds' SVR in March 2013.
According to Leeds' affordability calculator, I qualify for the amount of borrowing, however my ex and I recently split up; we had previously planned to remortgage in joint names (the morgtgage is in my sole name) so had a joint account with both our salaries paid into it.
Circumstances have now changed, and I'm looking to take a new deal with Leeds to avoid going through the rigmarole of a remortgage and the new MMR rules. Has anyone done this with the Leeds and have any experience of what they'll ask for and if the existing customer deals are similar to new customer offerings?

I should also add that there are no missed payments on any credit agreement in the last 6 years or more.0

I was Leeds for 5 years, but left in 2010, I was originally on a 100% mortgage starting in 2005 at 6.49% - they then put me on 90% at 5.39% in 2007 for 3 years, when I came to renew in 2010, the best offers for existing customers was 5.84% which would have put my payments up. When I called to ask they had better rates on their website, they told me it was for new members only!
My experience with them is they have limited offers for customers to stay with them. So I moved to ING Direct on a ridiculously low rate!0 -
Things have changed alot in the last 4 weeks never mind 2 years.
This would be a good place to start!
