  • If the case is on the newer 2012 system then I'd not recommend fully closing it - coming to a Direct Pay agreement would probably be a better idea, that way you'd still be able to get any uncollected payments later on down the line if you wanted.

    Yeah I know - but it has only ended up on payroll deduction because he ignored them for over six months to begin with. He told me I would never get a 'penny out of him', I think he thinks I spend the money on clothes - and that kids are free to raise. Go figure. I wouldn't get anything from him on a voluntary arrangement so a waste of time to even try. However, the grief that it's causing my kids is unbelievable, and makes me want to cancel it - as I'd rather my kids went without a few things and were happy than had all the extras and miserable and angry. Sometimes, the money just isn't worth it.
