Fixed mortgage ending

Hi. My five year fixed mortgage is coming to an end. I'm not sure what will happen. I've never missed a payment. I have got a ccj dated 2008 and I'm in the process of paying back 2 credit cards and over draft. I had some use my name for credit 2010 -2012 but the police decided not to charge the person. I am worried I will struggle to update my mortgage. Does anyone have any advice please. Thank you.

Speak to your existing lender to ascertain options are available to you.
From the outline of your current financial state you may well struggle to remortgage to another lender.
What lenders will be concerned about most is the amount you owe on unsecured credit and your reliance on using an overdraft month to month.
Making payments every month is the bare minimum requirement. As this is what you agreed to do when entering the contract with the lenders concerned.0
