Re-Mortgage (previous CCJ)

Hi all, been a while since I've posted so go easy on me.
I separated from my partner in January of this year and I am currently coming towards the end of my current mortgage deal (was a 2 year fixed rate). Once this deal finishes I drop onto a standard variable.
Problem is that I have a CCJ from a damned parking fine from 2-3 years ago, it was difficult obtaining a mortgage to begin with because of this.
I will also be removing my ex partners name from the mortgage and property via a solicitor. Therefore essentially re-mortgaging?
Will the CCJ affect my chances of re-mortgaging even if it's with the same mortgage lender?
Any help I would be hugely grateful.

Your not re-mortgaging unless your releasing equity to buy your ex from your property. You will be doing a Transfer of Equity to solely your name, assuming you meet your current lender's affordability criteria.
Has your lender agreed to removing her name?"Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0 -
Affordability rules have been tightened considerably recently. So the CCJ may only be a minor issue in the overall scheme of things.0

Thanks for comments guys.
I am just in the process of contacting solicitor & also speaking to my current lender.
She does not want anything other than her name removing from the existing mortgage.0
