Hi can somebody please explain which figure the lenders use ?
I have been told by a "advisor" that it doesn't include personal allowance is that right?

Total Income Received. I think your broker is mistaken.
Although there is a bit which says income from land and property from memory. 2 years trading 18k & 16k total income received would a mortgage be available ?

the rtb market value is 68k .....60% discount given....which is 20k cheaper than other houses on the street possibly due to work done on the house0
