another question is i have a vehicle my name on the v5 but it was purchased by my partner 2 years ago it even has his personlised reg on it. where do i stand?
more to the point is i cannot be without a car as my work is 11 miles away and nearest station being 25 min walk i start at 8.30am there would be no way i could do a nursery and breakfast club drop off and be at work by this time if using transport as i nursery doesnt open until 8am?
also school is 3 miles away which i have to drop off and pick up everyday.
Do i need to state this on the form in the additional info part or wait until i speak to the OR?

The car belongs to the person who bought it, not the person on the V5

Thanks, do i need to provide evidence in this case?0

It may be necessary.....ie receipt for purchase, or appropriate bank statements, etc?
Other evidence you need to gather, concerns your need to place transport costs on your SOA.
Demonstrate there are no viable alternatives to private transport? No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
