I know that this has been an ongoing saga for you, but in the lenders eyes - they gave you a DIP a week ago.
Has your solicitor done searches already? That can take up to 3 weeks!
Yes, according to their systems the DIP was only a week ago but that's because my application had to be resubmitted as they lost the first one (they had previously given a DIP back in March when we first applied).
Luckily the solicitor has already carried out the searches and they've all come back find.0 -
Just to update....
Halifax are still scanning in the paperwork into their system and they can't tell us how long that will take, when an underwriter will look at it or when the survey will be booked
