If you are on benefits you will normally be able to apply to be exempt from the £150 court fee, but will have to pay the £335 OR fee.
There are some charitable trusts that may pay the OR fee for you, but this is not guaranteed. See about 2/3 of the way down the Page on this link:

You can be exempt the £150 if:You will be exempt from paying a fee if:- You or your partner receive the benefit Income Support. Partner means someone to whom you are married, or in a civil partnership with; or someone who you live with as if you are married to them or in a civil partnership.
- You or your partner receive Pension Credit guarantee credit.
- You receive the benefit Income-based Job Seeker's Allowance.
- Your gross annual income (your income before income tax and other money is taken away) is less than £15460 and you receive Working Tax Credit with a 'disability element' or 'severe disability element';
- Your gross annual income is less than £15460 and you and your partner receive Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit between you.
- you are involved in a family case and receive 'Legal Help'. 'Legal Help' means the legal advice and assistance given under the Community Legal Service scheme. If you are not sure if the case is a family case, please ask a customer service officer at the court.

If you're unemployed you should be receiving some sort of benefits. Have you been refused?
There is a weblink somewhere on this site that tells you what benefits you're entitle to depending on your personal circumstances. I think if you post a question about this, someone will help out.Mortgage Free in 3 Years (Apr 2007 / Currently / Δ Difference)

That's the one. Cheers fermi.
It's no wonder the OP is struggling if he/she has no employment income or benefit income. Hopefully the link will help the OP to get their entitlement.
If all else fails at least it's a bit of income to pay for the BR - though it's such a huge step and not one to take lightly. OP - have you looked into other ways to help sort out the dept, such as an IVA?Mortgage Free in 3 Years (Apr 2007 / Currently / Δ Difference)
