Northern Rock how to contact

I have discovered a passbook on which I could get the windfall when they were first floated but find them impossible to contact.There are various companies out there using premium numbers to contact them ,which leave you hanging on for ages.Does anyone know their email address?

    Northern Rock are now virgin money and you could contact them on 0191 279 4604.

    Virgin may have bought some assets and the trading name but they are not Northern Rock plc.

    Northern Rock plc are now known as Northern Rock (Asset Management) Plc or NRAM. Unfortunately, as far as I'm aware, the 'windfall' consisted of free shares, and since the Northern Rock plc went bust these shares are now worth approximately nothing.
