DCA query

I have a catologue on my credit file from 4years ago for 300pounds they are not chasing me but have lots of debts and want to clear my credit file. Is it worth ringing them and asking to see a signed contract as i know i havnt signed one. Or shall i leave it if im not being chased and concentrate on something else?

Hiya thanks for the reply. It shows as still being with studio catologue on my credit file but it holds my old address x0
