Documents

Hi guys,

I'm dealing with a financial adviser in regards to a mortgage application. I'm a FTB.

I'm falling short on the documents. the lender seems to be happy with everything so far, but is asking for one more proof of address, from somewhere I lived 2 years ago. So far the 2 things I have provided, aren't being accepted (GP letter and pension letter).

Problem is I have nothing else. I am paperless on everything - as it was a house share, it seemed sensible at the time.

Does anyone have any suggestions on documents they may accept? I went to the bank to see if they can help, but they can only provide things with my current address on.

On these grounds, will I be rejected for a mortgage by this lender? I hope not...really trying to move as swiftly as possibly with the property I have made an offer on.

thanks all!
