torch or somethibg useful that uses the small square batteries

Hi, in work we use a lot of the square batteries and I usually take to tesco Tec to recycle, but it has small amount if charge so wondered what else we could do with them
is there a torch that takes them I looked on eBay and bought one but it whistles really annoyingly so not ideal for night's shifts Tec or camping
