Just a quickly, after 7 years I can now start managing my money like a normal person.
I have opened a new current account with Nationwide and I am paranoid that they will take what money I put in there as I did owe them a bit of cash which I included with the BR.
Can they take this from me if they wished?

Thank you, just being paranoid, just as I'm getting back on my feet financially I didn't want to then be stitched up by losing what little savings I have managed to save up0
