FTB needs reassurance! :o

My partner and I are going for our mortgage application meeting on Tuesday, with Natwest (we've banked with them for over 10 years) and although we're pretty sure we'll be ok, I'm hoping for a little reassurance from the more experienced of you here!
We've got an offer accepted for 118k, we've got 17k saved for the deposit.
We've got a combined earnings of just over £50k - not including my partners overtime allowances..
We've got no kids, no car, no loans and no CC/store card debt (but I use my 1k overdraft a lot, so I'm worried about that
). Our experian & equifax reports say we're both very good/excellent and have no errors.
We're applying for a FTB 5 year fixed rate (4.3% approx) for a 10 year period (this house is our 'first rung on the ladder' house - so we're planning on overpaying etc in an effort to clear it as quickly as we can afford!
What do you think, are we going to be ok?! I'm so anxious about it all! Sleep's not coming easy!

Dont worry. Based on what you have said, this should be pretty straightforward.
Even if (and i do mean IF) Natwest decline it, there will be other lenders.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
