Had to move back to parents address but not on electoral roll here

Due to the delay with our first mortgage application (9 weeks without a decision from santander) we have had to move back in to my parents house so that we could ensure the sale of our old house went through (the buyer was a cash buyer paying just under full asking price on the condition that we were out of the house by end of April.
We have moved back in with my mum however will the fact that we are not on the electoral roll here have a massive negative impact on getting a new mortgage approved?
We have changed addresses with the bank and have a covering note from them saying our addresses have changed to parents home but the original statements have the old address on as that is where we were living at the time of the statement (eg Feb March)
We have a cancellation notice from virgin addressed to mums house but not sure this will count for anything as it doesn't relate to services at this address, obviously all the other utility bills are in mums name.

None at all. If you've a full previous history. Then a temporary move now has no bearing. Quite a common occurrence to happen.0
