    So... back from M and my Morries is definitely more expensive now that it is "cheaper":(:(. Fortunately I've come back - if I stayed there any longer, looking at those prices, I'd be taken ill and have to be carried off to hospital. I was open-mouthed enough as it was and just _pale__pale_:eek: at some of the prices!

    New cheaper Morries. Cadbury Crunchums were 50p, now £2.09:eek::eek:. New cheaper Morries!!

    The Spring Greens - were "I'm cheaper" 49p - now "I'm dearer" (expect they don't say that bit;):p) 75p:eek::eek:.

    Ryvita Crispbreads have risen from £1.00 to £1.59:eek:. The 'Optimum' Rabbit Food appears now no longer to be on mbuy so is effectively more expensive. In case I wanted anything for myself, the 3 for £1.50 mix and match in the vegetables area is no more. Thus they have in effect put up the price of the 1.5kg potatoes now, as I was using them as part of the mix to be equivalent 50p. It's now a choice of some other potatoes (Red 1.5kg) but as part of an expensive 3 for £2 (=approx. 67p) offer, so, no thank you, I'm not having that!:(

    Some "Golden" "Delicious" packs are now £1.29, which is way above my notional £1 price, but who on earth would have any apples other than Jazz ones at the moment?!?

    Some Birds Eye fusions that were two weeks ago - but all of them now appear to be £1.75. Wall's Mini Twister - new cheaper Morries - were £1 now £2.00:eek:. The Wonka bars are doubtless no longer 50p anymore but, given that the APG already says £1.29 in any event, I didn't go looking for them.

    The White Finger Rolls are called "cheaper" at 65p. Yet they were, for quite some time, any 2 for £1.00, making them 50p each (albeit having to buy 2) so, in my book, that's a price increase. Went up, very briefly, to 85p each perhaps in order to say they are now "cheaper" at 65p. Avoid.

    The bogo'f' on the Bernard Matthews Wafer Turkey Ham has now gone, so that's a doubling of price if buying two now:eek:. The Febreze car vents that were £1.98 are now £3.99:eek::eek::eek:.

    The Hartley's tablet jellies are "now" (allegedly) "cheaper" at 42p each (which is more expensive per unit than a 3 for £1 mbuy from some time back) - though I'm hoping at least one of tablet ones gets mixed up with the pot ones that are 30p in M (along with some Ambrosia pots).

    And, worst of all, the "Good" Boy Chocolate Drops for dogs that last time were 73p (I think they were 71p when I first started doing the M lists?) are now 75p:eek:.

    There's also some Carte Noir coffee product that is now "cheaper". Was £4.69 and now £4.59.:eek::eek::eek: I'd expect it to be £2.50 or even £2 before I started to call it 'cheaper'. Cheaper by 10p. But - guess what? - some people will just see the "cheaper" and buy it. It does work. There it is - with the "I'm cheaper" on the shelving pleading with us to buy it. My response: cheaper than what?:p

    To be fair, there are other items that are cheaper this week than last, although I can't say I noticed a good many. Of course it does depend what items you are looking at;).

    The Aero Peppermint bars that were 50p, went up last week are now, fortunately, back at 50p again. Nestle 4 pack desserts (Rolo, Milkybar etc.):naughty: are back at £1.

    I can confirm the following 1.5L own brand juice are on £1.25-any 2 for £2. All of them are NAS, apart from the plain Orange version which has two versions: NAS and regular. (Not all of these may be stocked in A.) Summer Fruits. Apple & Blackcurrant. Apple. Orange. Orange, Lemon & Pineapple.

    In addition, M has some 'Fruit & Barley' own brand ones, at 1L, at 2 for £1.50 (which is same nominal price - nominal of course because that's the straight M price per unit for buying in M, but may be very different indeed depending on if triggers at A only available on one size but not the other). These are all NAS Fruit & Barley: Orange. Apple & Pear. Peach. Pink Grapefruit. Tropical. Own brand;).

    On other items, more later no doubt.:) Oh, the Bart Lemongrass has disappeared so I'm marking that N/A now. So you missed your chance (or maybe you haven't if T PP picks it up even after it no longer being in my store today).
