That advice helps a lot Tinyshoes - thank you so much. I'm going to try and do things more like this in future.
I am glad you found it helpful, from experience it can take over if you allow it to.
In the past I have bought and still have bubble bath but no bath.
Dishwasher tablets but I am the dish washer. I did manage to find a home for them.
I have enough shampoo (2 collapsible crates worth) to last me probably a lifetime from various RTC's and glitches, so I have not bought any for me for must be 2 years now. I just top up on H & S when I find a good glitch/price for DD3.
It is so easy to get carried away, but afraid I still can't control buying 1p chocs though, came back with quite a few more boxes today and I have far more than is sensible, I am too embarrassed to even say how much I have stashed already.
Good luck hun, on finding the right balance for you. x0 -

Was out in the garden very early yesterday (for me) 8am as it looked like a lovely day was going to happen. We have bindweed growing so carefully sprayed all the many little patches of it with round-up I purchased Sunday. It has to be dry for at least 6hrs to take properly. It only started to rain after 4hrs and then we had thunder & lightening.
No glitches or 'proper' shopping done for ages. I think I'm starting to feel like David - if I don't need it, I'm NOT hoarding it any more!
It's taken me quite a while to get here BUT as I still have boxes of assorted cereals (I rarely eat cereal as would prefer porridge) that are well OOD + enough stuff to clean house/do laundry dozens of time over. Shampoo will probably last me out.:eek: etc. etc. I've stepped well back.
It's not a bargain if you have to buy units to store it in and it takes over the house. I'm just buying what I need now (although I can't resist good whoopsies) and hoping sometime in the near future I can clear the kitchen out enough to enable us to get a badly needed new one. Essentials only from now on!
I've been REALLY good in the last 6 months. I've only had 1 APG and spent it on the last day it was possible to on essentials. I'm trying hard not to succumb to any more glitches that I don't really need.
I wonder how many more of you are realising that this can take you over if you're not careful? I'm SO trying to buy now ONLY what we need or will use up in a shortish time frame and things that are also healthy/good for you.
Many thanks for sharing this - it really helps to know I'm not alone in getting a bit obsessed when starting to tread the Elite path. It's incredibly useful for me to hear from people who have learned to buy only what is useful and needed etc. I seem to have an inbuilt tendency to hoard all sorts of stuff (not just glitches). Should I admit to looking at the Big Doug website for warehouse shelving to put in my garage?:o:o

I will have to put them in my recycling bin:o:)
I have these too. My M&S app is also offering £5 off wys £35. Will the two combine, do you think?0 -

Evening all. I think I found out what Daft Punk were doing back in the 70s.

May be old news, but Jazz apples compare vT or vM for the same prices (or have for me just now as I put my receipts through).
I didn't realise this as I scanned instore and MSL was showing NA against M and missed anyone mentioning M earlier.
It may be useful if you wish to combine with a Dolmio and Oats shop.
6 packs (without other glitchy items, only fillers) £12v£4.08 for an APG of £8.58.
Thanks OP - we get through apples by the bag full, so I bought a few as we had just run out. This is one of the first times ever that a glitch has coincided with a request from Mrs Anon to call in for an item on my way home from work for that very item :A. I have never had an Apple stash before, but now have 12 packs in the fridge and fruit bowl ... Which is only slightly more than a normal apple shop for us!

Fell asleep in the armchair trying to catch up (I'm still about 15 pages behind so apologies if the info below is old news).
:o I've just woken up feeling wide awake so decided to check my Sada shop from yesterday evening.
Shop done in Sada at just before 10pm yesterday ( 20th May) shows that
1. Pimms still comparing nicely against Morries:D
2. Cesar dog food 5 for £3 multibuy not showing, chicken with brown rice flavour is the trigger
3. Honey Nut Shredded Wheat multibuy 4 for £5 not showing; Big Bowl Oats is the trigger. I managed to muddle this one as Shredded Wheat gives a better comparison against Tosca (Dolmio Sauce is better against Morries). However, it did still give me a small APG amd I LOVE the Honey Nut Shredded Wheat!:D:D
4. Wonka Bars no longer comparing at 50p in either Tosca or Morries
5. Homepride self-raising flour (1kg) compares nicely to Tosca (£1.49 /£1.00) making it 19p cheaper than Asda own brand flour and a good filler.
Due to the ASDA Price Guarantee, you're entitled to a voucher of £10.41: :j:j:j
