Popped up to my little sada at lunch time. In the foyer there was a cubicle where the NHS were doing free health checks. Thought I would partake . My cholesterol is low at 3.8, I have good BP and a healthy heart with a 1% chance of having a coronary related illness in the next 10 years

It's amazing what they can do with their little machines, lovely people too. Couldn't believe there were so few people showing interest, I think if you can do what you can and be proactive with your health it's got to be the best thing.

Anyway, all good apart from the fact I need to lose some width from my waist :eek: No 1p chocs for me for a while :rotfl:
