    Afternoon all!

Are they made of gold or something!? Mine were £2 in Wilkos last week :o

I got a compliments voucher, I think it's something to do with the code we used for a free month? I spoke to someone on live chat about them charging me and they said one code was JL and one was M&S. I got a refund too :D

They're being stingy with me. :( They said that both codes combined were for one month only and that they won't refund the charge. In all fairness I have had about 6 months+ free with them so can't complain, still a little irritating though.

quick asda home delivery question if i sent an item back that has been subbed will it still show as an item an the apg.. thanks x
sent 2 back and now worried i will not have enough items if some are missing again..
you will be ok, if its a comparable item. apg goes on what you ordered, not on what you walk away with

Quick question as I'm still trying to put my shopping list together (it's only taken me all day to do this, minus a short walk with my pooch) :o...

I wanted to try ordering the Butchers Selection Beef Roasting Joint from A - compares to T at £3.00 on MSM but showing oos at Ts.

If an item is oos at comparison shop does this mean I won't get an apg for it?

Yes, I didn't get the second free month, although I was told it would work if I opened a new account. I think it just depends on who you speak to, and how clued up they are about the rules. I've barely paid for anything since I first opened the account, so I'm no more or less deserving of a freebie than you!

I demanded a refund and was granted it on the agreement that my current subscription be cancelled. I said yes, but I still managed to watch the whole of Monsters University yesterday on my 'cancelled' account :D

ETA: I think I got the refund because I insisted that the screen showed 'June 2014' as the date at which I would begin to be charged, hence my thinking the two codes had worked and believing I should not have been charged. Was it the same for you?
