SD Death is my favourite Discworld character, did he read Jonny and the Dead too?
I'm not sure which ones he's read, I know we have that range. His dad liked the Sam Vimes ones the most. We have most of the books so I don't know which ones they'd read, I just need to find them in the boxes of books we have.SPC #329 £471/£500 banked

Morning all.
I was on cloud 9 yesterday until I got a call about work
Director is out filming and his first interviewee wasn't able to remember as much as he'd hoped. Luckily for him I've got him 8 others but I really wish he hadn't called me on the weekend. This is a 26 year old murder case so it was bound to happen but all it's made me feel is uselessly anxious. I'm here, he's in the States. Don't exactly know what I'm supposed to do about it.
Anyway, rant over! Hope you all have splendid days. Mine will be a large iced coffee I reckon!

Stunning scenery :T:T yes if you can see it! I have been on the top of mountains and can't see 10 foot in front of me. Don't ever go walking with me - I'm a magnet for fog, mist, "wet air", low cloud :rotfl::rotfl: Benn Eighe, Ben Nevis, Snowden to name a few!Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Good morning all, lovely sunny day.
I have to sit down and type several months' figures for the business today

Thanks for your greeting and interest TrulyMadly :hello:
I took all the advice via links the lovely posters on this thread gave me to the parking threads on MSE and also to the parkingprankster website and decided to appeal to Parking Eye (the private firm running the car park I overstayed in). It did take some time to read through it all and get my head around the legalities (from what I have read it seems that the firms trying to impose huge charges for overstaying in private car parks are acting illegally). I almost chickened out on the basis that it was taking such a lot of time and angst (apparently these private parking firms rely on people caving in) but kind people online helped me to hold my nerve and fight the injustice.
I heard a couple of days ago that they decided to cancel the charge! :j:j:j:j:j
:T:T:T Well done :T:T:T0
