Anyone bored of candycrush I have been playing the pg tips game of fb. Very addictive.

My ants are flying (bit early isn't it?) so been spraying all round the outside of house.

One plus side to living by the sea, neighbours with noisy children go off to the beach making the garden very peaceful:T

Hope this is not out of place for a mainly lurker (do try to post but usually far far behind)....
Fairclaire - from the perspective of someone whose Mum suffers from severe depression, your children will remember the days out with both you and your OHas positive memories, they will also have good memories of other things even during the extremely bad times as there will be good moments with their Dad. And many moments throughout everything that both you and they will treasure. I have the utmost respect for my Dad in how he has managed over the last 10 years - as I'm sure your children do for you. It sounds like you are doing an amazing job and I hope things improve really really soon.
