Hi Pattylabelle, I hope you are well, I am really sorry I can't find your original post re till splits at Mr A. When are they thinking about changing this.

I am very well Thanx .

A contact I have in sada told me last night that tillspits are coming very soon. That's all - she may be wrong but usually these rumours are correct. Hth.

Savvy Home Bargains have 2kg of Harmony (nice potatoes) + other variety at just 55p. Farmfoods have 5kg (or is it 7.5kg?) bags at just £2 - too much for us to use before they start sprouting. I'm planting some of the sprouting ones in the garden & hoping they come up like the Charlotte I planted last year.

I have my fryer thingy... Thank you for your advise, I'll be sure to let you know how I get on!

Just think how much money we will lose if this thread was permanently closed. I still regret the demise of the Boots one. Can we not just be strong minded and simply ignore provocative posts? The posters will either stop or bung up the thread with posts which no-one responds to and then RedFox will deal. When we respond we encourage them and give RedFox more work.

I miss the boots thread aswell, will be such a shame if this thread gets closed aswell, over some silly people, I have no idea what is going on, as dont do FB, after family have had problems like what is going on, and now I definitely dont want to be part of it.

I always do this for spuds, I never buy seed potatoes. Sometimes you don't always get what you expect......I have planted baby potatoes before that have produced big ones, don't quite know how that happens!, but they're always edible and that's good enough :D

I saw this, but the delivery charge is the same as the tree cost, unless there's a free delivery code I've not found?

i don't think it will have worked in store i think it would only be hd or c&c that would show as £10 on the apg that's if people can find a a's store that has them cheaper :(

Still a fab price for 4 trees even with delivery. I'm really tempted but I have enough fruit trees as it is
