a's CS is absolutely rubbish! :eek: phoned me every day to see if i could get on to my account & when i told them no they kept saying it will be passed to the technical team & someone would phone me from there but never did :eek:

thanks tiger from the phone calls i have had with them they don't even sound like their call centre is in the uk & just repeat themselves :eek::rotfl: can you not phone the store & they can make a record of your overpayment there for next time you go in?
