Missing win?

Hi, I received a phone call on the Thursday before Easter from a company that I traced from the phone number to be Cellet travel saying that I had won a holiday to Secret Turkey. I had entered this comp on the All about you site.
The lady said she would e-mail me the details on the following Tuesday but since then I have heard nothing. I have called them back but just get fobbed off with we will call you back.
I have tried to find out if I have won by e-mailing all about you but again I do not receive a reply. I cannot see on their site any way to track previous winners. I believe the comp ended on the 6th April and I was hoping someone with more knowledge than I knows how to track the previous winners
