DMP: Payment to Payplan has got lost

I normally have a standing order go out to Payplan on the 27th of the month.
Because work are changing our payday to the last wednesday of the month, I requested that I change the standing order date to the 1st of the month.
Everyone is happy. So I do this.
I only changed the date of the transaction. I did not adjust any other details of the SO
Except, the payment has not been received.
I check every month with Payplan to make sure my amount owing has been adjusted.
My login page is now flashing "overdue payment"
I emailed my caseworker, or someone, (they change regularly) and asked this to be checked.
They replied 2 days later, (after I had sent a second email through the site), to say they had not received the money, and asking for all the details of the transaction. I have sent this, but have not reeivved a reply back.
I have been on this plan for 7 years and have never missed a payment. My bank account is showing that the money has left, as it was supposed to.
I just checked payplanplus website, and the receiving account for the standing order details is different to what I have on my account.

I'm kind of at a loss as to what to do, made worse by the fact that its the weekend, so no one will be available again til monday.

Contact your bank, they should be there today, they will tell you exactly where its gone, if you accidently, changed any of the account info, they will be able to tell you, sometimes payments get lost, or take longer than expected, it will show up eventually, but ring the bank to check !!

    Thanks.
I have checked with the bank. Its gone through ok from their end . (BOS)
I went back to my online banking to see if I could have inadvertently have changed something, but nope, the oply options are cancel completely or change the date.
Payplan are not responding. Or at least are extremely slow.
This is going to start up the late payment calls again, isnt it
    Sigh...

With large organisations payments do get lost on occasion, wouldn't worry to much about it.

Well, I have just spoken to a chap at Payplan, and he tells me that the allocation of payments to the accounts has been delayed due to the bank holiday!!!
    Yikes.
And that I should ignore the "you have not made a payment" message on my paylanplus account because it is automatic.
He said he has dealt with a lot of these queries in the last few days and the accounts dept have told him the reason for the delays :
    The bank holidays.

I am a bit gobsmacked. We have set bank holidays every year, surely they plan for this???
It has been 10 days since my payment left the account.
    10 days!!!!!
