Arrears

Hi Guys
I had a default applied to me some 2 years ago by Lloyds TSB for £80 (we were wrongly advised, but that's another story)

Due to this, I am currently unable to get a mainstream mortgage and have been passed through to Precise Mortgages.....now the application is now going through with them, but they have asked for our mortgage statement for 2011 when I had money troubles (my old work were not paying us on time). My mortgage for a few months was in arrears and I was making payments as soon as I could, but in the end I transferred the arrears onto the capital (£900 total amount).........

Would this have a negative effect for my application???

Look forward to hearing your advise.
