Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to xfm.co.uk and register their details.
4. There will be three (3) competition draws over the competition period.
5. Online entry to the first competition will open at 16:30 on Friday 9th May and close at 23:59 on Sunday 18th May 2014.
6. To take part in the completion entrants will be asked a multiple choice question online. A winner will be drawn at random from all eligible and correct entries.
7. The winner will be notified and contacted by phone.

Eligibility:
8. Entrants must be over 18 to enter.
9. Entrants must have a valid passport.
10. Entry into each competition is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
11. One winner will be selected from each competition to win the full prize.

Neuschwanstein Castle Terms and Conditions
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and Germany).
• Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes, surcharges and one piece of checked baggage per couple.
• Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
• Hotel will be classed as a minimum of 3 Star and will be based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast 
basis.
• Tour will last approximately 9 hours and is subject to availability.
• Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

Canon DSLR Camera Terms and Conditions
• Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
• All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.

12. Global & NDL reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
