Do You Shop in Charity Shops?

Bought a Russell and Bromley new pair of shoes in a charity shop in town for a tenner, you can still buy them new for £175!!! My mum found a brand new pair of Clarks sandals for a fiver. Not keen on clothes as I have to try them on and it's too much of a hassle to do so in the small spaces they have.0

I used to adore charity shops! They do have some fantastic finds and are great for 'fixer upper' things too - or fabrics for your home etc. However, I have noticed prices are going up and often they're not as cheap as they once were. I have noticed that quite a few charity shops sell brand new 'vintage' looking things which are extremely expensive.
British Heart Foundation furniture shops are fab for people just starting out with their homes and everything and it's all in good condition from what I've seen!
I will still have a look round charity shops though - I'm drawn to them!Does the walker choose the path or the path the walker?
