RCI Finance - Double payment taken
Just a heads up for anyone who has a loan with RCI Finance I have had my monthly payment taken out of my account today twice.
I have called up and advised there was a computer glitch and therefore payments taken twice. I could hear similar conversations going on in background.
I was advised to call my bank to get it sorted out and the second payment refunded. Seems wrong I should have to make all the calls at 10p a minute.

Nightmare!! I hope it works out ok in the end, you could always try and demand £3.50 for all the calls you've had to make but seems like a waste of life0
