Any recommendations for sensitive deoderant

HELP, feeling rather frustrated as I seem to be slowly working my way through heaps of different deoderants trying to find one that I'm not allergic to.

If anyone can recommend a good stay dry sensitive one i'd very much appreciate it :)

Oh how I feel your pain !

After trying many different brands, the only one that I'm seemingly not allergic to is the Vaseline Active Fresh cream deodorant (not the roll-ons as I'm allergic to that) - this is the one :

Even Dove & Simple gave me serious problems ... Dove made my armpits look like they were burnt !

Btw - it's about £2 in the chemists / supermarkets - link is just for picture !

I use a Dove stick deodorant (48h invisible dry) which is alcohol free - I can only use this or Clarins (which is uber expensive) because I am allergic to deodorants (Sure was the worst for me - I felt as though my underarms had been sandpapered raw).

Depends what you are allergic to tbh. For me it is Cinnamaldehyde which is in nearly all deos, but the one I can wear is Mitchum roll on unscented.

Hope you find the culprit soon.

Don't know if it's what you're looking for but I use Superdrug's own brand. Think it's called "Soft" or something like that.

It has no parabens or perfume (and not tested on animals, which I like :)).

It's a spray one so maybe no good if you prefer roll-ons.

it depends on what causes your allergic reaction, if it's because of the alluminium you could try this.

I use Sanex Zero shower gel, they do a deodorant as well, but without knowing what you are allergic to it's difficult to say it will work for you http://www.sanex.co.uk/sanex-zero-sensitive-skin

Do you shave? I only ask because when you do your skin will become very tender and open to all the ingredients - oooooooooo ouch!
I only use when working and prefer the cheapest roll on.
I can't remember what it's called but I remember reading about a crystal type thing that you wet and rub under arms that's supposed to be really good.
Tbh I prefer not to use it and have found that I hardly notice the difference - perhaps it's an age thing.

My OH is sensitive to most antiperspirants and the way he copes is to use a different one each day. He usually has about 4 different brands on the go at any time and finds this prevents him reacting.

Depending on what is causing the allergic reaction, you could try some of the natural deodorants, like Toms of Maine (they do an unscented one) or JASON. You can get them online or in health food shops.

Bicarbonate of soda is also a very effective deodorant, strange though that may sound :) And I would think it's far less likely to cause an allergic reaction. I buy the Waitrose one for less than £1 and just use a little bit of it each morning after washing, like talcum powder.

The only one that doesn't seem to bring me out in a rash is Mitchum. They do an unscented roll-on and spray.

I can recommend Sanex Dermi Sensitive, it is a deodourant though, not an anti-perspirant. I'm sensitive to the perfumes in most deodorants (brings me up in lumps, not nice) rather than the active ingredients.
