Deposit - where best to place?

I've been building my savings for deposit and fees within one of them santander cashback accounts and don't have an isa. At present vendors are still looking for property and my mortgage offer is pending as valuation isn't till next week so I guess I should get offer by end of month.

Whilst I wait in the wings is it worth my shifting my savings elsewhere as A) worried it wll affect credit score and B) I'll need money easy accessible but also want to add interest too. At present I get about £80 (after tax) which is adding to my deposit - am tempted by ISA and was going to open one once we moved as my official savings account but is it worth getting headstart? Though I'll lose the £15k allowance if I were to top it now - very confused!

To be honest I can't see it making too big an impact in moving funds etc.

However, for simplicity, if I were in your shoes I'd just leave it alone until the mortgage offer is out and worry about an ISA following completion and establishing what my budget is actually going to be post-purchase.

I did think that too as don't want to mess about now - just wondered if I could be better off but will leave as is. Thanks:T
