Tax Guide 2007 - Have I won?

Just received in the post today a copy of the Daily Mail Tax Guide 2007. There is only a compliment slip from the publisher so I am mystified as to whether this is a win from somewhere. Have done a search and come up with nothing in the comps forum but we all know how reliable that is don't we?! Does it ring a bell with anyone or has anyone won the same prize? Retails at £9.99 and tells you how to save tax this year, all the up to date rules and advice!
But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!
