mortgage offer

I have recieved a mortgage offer from the halifax with a roll number but the offer didnt have anything to sign and send back ? im just worried as i need to pay solicitors fees to start the searches etc but i didnt want to lose my money if this is not in fact an offer ?

If it is a mortgage offer, it has the words;-
"YOUR MORTGAGE OFFER"

More helpful would be documentation from the lender that makes it clear to the borrower what happens next KS.I am a Mortgage Broker
