Your CC company should be able to provide you with them for a maximum fee of £10.
Have you read through Martin's claiming back CC charges bit?

I paid the fee but got statements back to 2004 with some on microfilm, im thinking of just claiming £2250

If you use the templates that Martin has provided, there is no reason why you shouldn't get back the full amount that you're owed!
Go for it... Do you think if it was the other way round, the credit card company would say "Hey, lets just charge him half the amount!"
My bank sent me a cheque for the full amount I requested after the first letter! This was of course before it was all put on hold

Ive just sent off my recorded letter now, see what happens, the 220 pounds will go towards paying the rest of my debt off!0

Hi
Just a small update I wrote a letter to Barclaycard detailing each of the charges, I also added the interest on top of each charge.
In summary my charges were
Without Interest £184
With Interest £225
I have been offered the difference between the charges incurred and the current charges of £12, which amounts to £164
Clearly they had another way of working the calculations out!

Just an update to this I managed to get all my credit card charges back, did start on the bank charges but as with everyone else`s is not being looked at due to the FSA v The Banks Court Case.
On a better note I sold my car yesterday, not a huge amount for it but still £675, not bad for a R reg car! I also managed to cancel my gym membership, which was a fixed yr contract...0 -
Whats the total left to pay now? You are doing so well!0
-
Well, as I "conviently" forgot about some debts, my full total at the start would of been around 5.5k, its down to 1.2k now with the car gone, and extra payments this month0
