Nationwide Trust address for default removal?

Hello,
I'm on the home stretch in my 6 years of Bankruptcy and am currently trying to clean up my credit file. I'm looking for an address to send my Bankruptcy/Discharge details to 'Nationwide Trust' to request them to mark my account as settled.
I have previously sent a letter and documents to an address at 'Coleman Street, London' with no success.
Does anyone know the correct address to send my letter/bankruptcy proof/request for account to be marked as 'settled' to?

Who are that company exactly? Some more details and we might be able to pin an address down.

It's nationwide building society (I had a loan with them), the correspondence/bankruptcy/credit file name is Nationwide Trust.
