Lottery Syndicate

Hello everybody,
I am sorry if this is not the correct part of the forum to post it in. I am hoping somebody can help though. My work has been doing a lottery syndicate for 8 months now. We did sign some form but we do not know where it is now. There are seven of us in it at the moment. We each pay £2.30 every month. We want to make sure that everything is done correctly. One of the seven of us is leaving so we want to know if they need to sign anything? As we can not find the form is it best to just wait until they leave which is at the end of this month and then get a new form and sign it. I am not sure which form it is though and I have done a quick Google but can not find anything. Does anybody have any experience in this.
Hopefully we will win millions!
Thanks in advance,
Andrew

just get them to sign something to say they are no longer in the syndicate , get it witnessed by someone else who is NOT still in the syndicateEx forum ambassador

So I need to get them to sign a piece of a paper that says they are not in the syndicate and get it signed by somebody who isn't in the syndicate? That sounds easy enough!0

Would think so , stops any claims if you win the week after they decide to leave !!
Would word it as " from xxxxx date I confirm that I am no longer in the syndicate and agree that I will no longer receive any share of any winnings from that date"Ex forum ambassador

I record certain calls,so would just get player to confirm his last draw during a call to him, stating that in the following draw he will not be included.
It also pays to only accept fees in cheque or paypal form,as therein lies evidence of receipt of payment.Have it written into the contract that only pre-draw payment will be accepted.0
