I have passed the initial stage for a home based customer service role with Sensee. Which is good
but the next stage is a 45 minute phone call interview.....Does anyone else work for this firm from home? What can i expect from a phone call interview?..... any tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated. I have never had a phone call interview. Also any feedback if you currently work for this company.
Feel free to Pm me if you want you....
Thanks in advance

I got through to the final stage (video and group tests). The phone call should be straightforward. Be bright and cheery as if talking to a customer. They will probably ask you to tell them of your experience in some customer service role, what you liked about it, and what do you like about helping people. Do you have a computer, good broadband connection. But all this is brief..and not actually testing you (such as pretending to be an awkward customer) the real details you will have to provide at final stages.
You then go forward for group work and video interview. This is half a day long and you are put through various tests to determine if you are able to handle the data their clients deal with.
In the end I failed the final stageBut my manner is less than regular due to my illness (OCD) so I am pretty sure that would probably have something to do with it.
