If you wanted to buy Commercial Property via a SIP how would you go about choosing the right one?
The following need to be considered:
1) Set up Charges
2) Other Charges (monthly etc)
3) Quickness in setting up SIPP.
Money from existing pensions and cash will be entered into the SIPP
Need advice how to look for the right one that takes into account the above

You've probably have all the right factors in the list above.
I expect that the fees will soon add up to quite a big number. Just make sure you do the sums to make sure the tax benefits are worth it.We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
