Due to the fact that many people now work in a society that the employer will only offer Zero Hour Contacts to suit their requirements.
How does it effect me as I am looking at getting mortgage, and have the deposit.

Mortgage lenders will base lending on minimum hours per week/month/year. The lenders who will lend on this basis usually base their lending on a year or two's P60 earnings, so they have a decent record of earnings.I am a mortgage broker.
