You just need to click on one of the Share buttons first (in the bottom section below the email address box) FB, TW or G+ and then click the complete the step above button. That changes to a green Enter Competition button. Click that and you get

It's a good job I asked because even though I did all of the steps, my button wasn't turning green! Thanks for the help.
