Well to be honest I am quite lucky because the things that I enjoy most don't really cost anything/much:

-walking my dog in the countryside (sometimes with my wife)
    -jogging with my dog
-jogging with my dog and wife (her cycling)
-cycling with my dog (and sometimes wife)
    -swimming
    -road cycling
    -bowls
    -chess
-eating out (but it doesn't have to be expensive to enjoy)
    -cinema
-catching up with friends at our place/theirs

and getting it on with male rappers! Does the wife know?

I'm not into rapping so it took me a few confused mins to realize what you meant. I'm assuming that you meant that my list looked like rap lyrics (but at 56 I am probably totally wrong).
Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop

That's a few years old and obviously copied from the wealth of chuck Norris jokes (based upon his acting ability, he was no joke otherwise).

I see, I thought it was about your personal sexual preference for men, wanting to touch a guy. Bit of a misleading signature.

What can I say? 'Get a life' seems most appropriate. I really hope for your sake that that was merely a poor unintelligent attempt at humour, I would hate to think that you could possibly be actually serious.

Did you also think that I could kill two stones with one bird?

After seeing your singature for a while I genuinely thought you were gay and was suprised to read you had a wife.

You've got to admit it is a bit strange admitting to touching MC Hammer!

Not really, although I concede that it might seem strange to someone that isn't particularly bright. Lets be honest here, you have made a complete fool of yourself, it was obviously the title of an MC Hammer song, so the rest wasn't difficult to work out (for most people).

Chuck, just slowly back away and try not to look Linda_D in the eye. As long as you don't make any sudden movements you should be OK.

It was all a bit sad really. However, apparently humans have an instinct to compare themselves to others, to try and figure out where they are in the pecking order. So better to be the richest in a poor community rather than the poorest in a rich community - even though the latter might be much wealthier than the former.

    Couldn't agree more Principia.

perhaps Linda is very very young and doesn't know MC Hammer's most famous song. See, I'm a generous soul!
