Can someone please help with these crossword clues? There's no rush as the mag wont go live until thurs.

Meat Substitute ?O?A ( I'm thinking Soya? But not 100%)

Encompassing many things (5-3) ?A?C? A??

Bloomer perhaps ??A? (the first letter on this one will be the last letter of the clue above)
