Kids prescription sunglasses

DD1 wears glasses all the time, and she needs prescription sunglasses.
Can anyone suggest the cheapest place to get them? She had an eye test a few weeks ago and I have a copy of the prescription, but I used the voucher bit to change her normal glasses.
She has a pair of ray bans that I had bought her when she just needed glasses occasionally. I have tried to get the lenses changed in them but most opticians won't do it, and the one that would wanted to charge £140.
She is nearly 9, and I always make sure she has nice glasses (not the free ones!) as I don't want her to feel self conscious in them. The sunglasses need to be fashionable too!
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Marking my place.
My Ds is 4 and is really long sighted. Boots opticians said it would be £50 for prescription sunglasses, not sure if that's a good deal of not, so I'm going to hunt around. Will report back.0 -
Aww it's a shame you have just got the others - we have literally just picked up DD's from specsavers and they had a bogof on. We got her normal pair and the free pair are sunnies.
Sorry I know that doesn't help now but is there any way you could get another 'new' prescription and get sunglasses. It seems a shame kids have to pay when if they didn't need prescription glasses, they could buy cheapies with protection.0 -

As far as I know it is ILLEGAL to supply prescription glasses online for children.

I get my sons from spec savers on the bogof and added a tint to one, if memory serves correct it was £130 for both pair's0

Just had new updated lens put in my daughters last years sunglasses. Cost £95. Just took prescription in that I had already.0
