Great. We got our mortgage offer in the post which was fine.
We had to pull out of the house as it had foundation problems.
Be had offer accepted on another house 3 days later.
Broker explained that we just need a change of details for completingand a new valuation as the new property is less than the first one.
Now broker has said it will have to go through the process all again and be underwritten again!!!
Cant understand why? Sick to death now.
