The promotion is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland residents only who are 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Boost Drinks Ltd, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
No purchase necessary.
Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries.
To participate, entrants must submit all of the following information in the fields provided:
Name and email address.
Once a user has provided their email address on their first play, this cannot be amended on future plays.
One entrant per Facebook account will be accepted
Each time a user plays their name and email get added to the database which increases their chance of winning
Entrants have the chance to win one in three flavours of Boost Energy: Pink Lemonade, Citrus Zing and Exotic Fruits. Only one flavour can be won per play.
Entrants are allowed three spins per day per Facebook account.
After 24 hours have passed following the last spin, the user can play again for another three spins. Each time you play your details are submitted to win the holiday.
For successful entrants, winners will be asked for their postal address to which they would like their Boost Energy sampling posted to. Once submitted, the entrant’s details cannot be amended.
One in 20 spins will win a sample.
Successful entrants must allow 28 days to receive their sample.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes being lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Any prizes returned to sender or undelivered due to inaccurate details being supplied will be considered unwanted and the prize will be lost.
The promotion closes on 30th July. Entries received after this time will be disqualified.
There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. All unsuccessful entries will be entered to win one of three holidays up to the value of £2000 per holiday.
Three winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries at the end of the promotion and will receive a holiday to Mexico, Ibiza, the Caribbean worth £2000. The holiday will be arranged by the Promoter’s agency directly and must be booked and must be booked within 3 months of the competition ending and taken within 12 months of a successful claim. It is the responsibility of the winner and guest to cover costs such as spending money, travel insurance and meals and to ensure they have all the necessary passports, visas and compliance with all travel and health requirements. A minimum of four weeks’ notice is required for bookings which once made cannot be altered. The prize excludes all airport transfers.
Winners will be contacted by direct message via Facebook and/or by email and will have 14 days in which to claim their prize. Any prizes not claimed within the relevant timelines will be lost and the Promoter reserves the right to re award the prize to a reserve winner selected in accordance with the rules.
All data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection legislation and we will not use your details, or pass them to a third party, without your consent, except for the purposes of Boost Energy Drinks promotion.
The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries/claims or winner notifications that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, corrupted, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
By entering this promotion all entrants agree unequivocally to be bound by these terms and conditions.
English law shall govern these terms and conditions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
The Promoter's decision regarding promotional matters will be final.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
