Experience of wedding dresses from Dressily me

Options
Just wondered if anyone has ordered their wedding dress from Dressily me? I'm interested in the fit, quality of materials used and whether there were any additional customs charges?

I've seen mixed reviews of light in the box, so was wondering whether to use Dressily me instead.

Thanks in advance.....

I didnt use Dressily (Used JJsHouse) but you will always get customs charges for anything bought outside the EU. You can use this website to work out how much the duty will be. I think I was charged about £27 for my wedding dress.

Meeeee! I used DressilyMe! So pleased with my dress from them. See my review on their website http://www.dressilyme.com/p-stunning-tulle-a-line-strapless-neckline-natural-waistline-wedding-dress-38078.html , if you click on "comments" under reviews there are a couple of pics too. :) It does need some alteration but even the seamstress (who also makes wedding dresses herself) said it was a very well structured dress and well made. She did say it probably wouldn't last decades as an heirloom but I'm fine with that as I just plan to wear it the once and then donate it to another bride!

    Ooh forgot to say.

Custom charges were about £18 from DHL including admin fee. They said that the dress value was £50.

Materials - good 5 layers on the skirt of my dress and soft lining underneath the stiff net (to give shape) so that it feels soft on my legs which I thought was a nice touch. The satin under the lace seemed decent quality, thick and matte as requested.

Fit - fit like a glove - but unfortunately so much to the point that I couldn't sit down in it! I asked a seamstress to take the measurements for me to make sure they are accurate. The bodice is perfect down to my hips but needs letting out at the thighs. I have seen other people comment similarly so maybe add an inch to your measurements if you have a very fitted dress in mind too! Its easier to take a dress in than let it out. The dress was also too long but this is my fault as I made it very clear that I'm 6ft tall and was worried about the dress being too short so I think they allowed room for heels too although I'm wearing flats.
