Hi, myself and my wife are currently in a 3 year fixed deal with nationwide which ends in 2.5 years. After the 3 years are up if we decided to stay with nationwide and begin another fixed deal would we have to do another affordability assessment? I ask this as I know that the affordability criteria has recently changed.
Many thanks.
Many thanks.
