Terms & Conditions for First Car Limited and Chain Reaction Cycles Limited Prize Draw

• This competition is run by First Car Limited and Chain Reaction Cycles Limited.
• This competition is open to all UK residents, except employees of First Car Limited and Chain Reaction Cycles Limited and their affiliated companies, their families and agencies.
• Entries must be received by midnight on 31st May 2015.
• The winner will be randomly selected by the promoter from the correct entries received once the prize draw finishes.
• First Car Limited will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries.
• Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
• By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
• Only one entry per person. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.The prize is a Vitus Mach 3 bicycle worth £450.
• The promoter reserves the right to change the specification of the bicycle, but will endeavour to ensure the prize promoted is the one given away.
• By entering, the winner agrees to their names and general locations being used for publicity purposes.
• The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
• By entering the prize draw, participants agree to i. the terms and conditions of the prize draw; ii. being contacted by First Car Ltd and Chain Reaction Cycles Limited for marketing purposes.

Not sure what you mean re 5th May - ETA just realised what you mean the T&Cs say 31/05/15 and the link says 01/05/15. Will change from 30/04to 01/05 then in case shorter date is right.

I'd go with 31/05 Hippy as 01/05 has also passed us by

hi, If you don't mind me adding i'd go with

for your title

if the peeps who do Game Overs are going through expiring
comps & they see the
E: 01/05
it can easily be mistaken for already ended & then your comp will end up in Game Over threads,
& some peeps don't always read down the thread to see added posts that have more info on them,
most just read the 1st posting so the year ending on your thread could easily be missed as well,

if the t&c's say 31/05 it might be better to put that date rather than risk it being closed to early in GO,
as the comping guide says here..

If you have a rare comp that has more than a year to the end date then please stick to the posting convention above then put a space & put the year in brackets - but only if it is MORE THAN 12 months ahead. ie:

E: 31/05 (2015) Win....... <-Only if comp is more than 12 months away from ending.

If you go to their homepage the click on the log in button it works ok.
